Main themes of the seminars are:

- Goal setting and goal achieving – How do we live life and what leaders are we depends on what goals do we set for ourselves, what are our intentions and how do we manifest those for ourselves and others. In this sense sailing teaches us to keep our focus on the desired goal while following the winds and stay flexible on the way we take while being firm on the intentions we have. Sailing therefore is not just moving with the power of wind and water, it becomes a series of lessons for a new quality of life.
